The first I heard about the Camp fire was a phone call from Paul Munly. Though we live in Oregon, we had a home in Magalia, CA. He called to make us aware of what was going on and that they were prepared to take appropriate steps as needed. Fortunately, the fire stopped about 3 blocks from the home. However, [Paul] initiated the claim process just in case and followed up several times over the next few weeks. This is one example of their care, efficiency, and professionalism.
